Email Senders

Auto-reply to spam with your Pay Link

Every inbux subscription includes a powerful Gmail spam management system. When connected, inbux scans your spam folder and automatically sends your Pay Link to unknown senders. Serious contacts pay your rate to reach your inbox; spammers never bother. It's like having your Pay Link work for you 24/7.

How to set this up:

  • Connect Gmail — Link your Gmail account from your inbux dashboard. We only access sender addresses in your spam folder — never email content.
  • Automatic discovery — inbux syncs daily to find new spam senders and queues auto-replies. You don't need to do anything.
  • Review senders — Check the Senders dashboard to see who's been contacted, who's paid, and who you've blocked.
  • Control levels — Move senders between Quarantine, Allowed, Soft Block, and Hard Block to fine-tune your inbox protection.

Most people receive dozens of spam emails weekly. Recruiters, salespeople, and marketers send millions of cold emails daily, hoping a small percentage will respond. Your Pay Link flips the script: instead of ignoring these emails or wasting time unsubscribing, you automatically offer them a path to your inbox — for a price.

The spam management system works in the background. Once connected, inbux checks your spam folder daily, identifies new senders, and sends them a polished auto-reply containing your Pay Link. You'll see each sender in your dashboard where you can whitelist, soft block, or permanently block them.

Gmail is required for this feature. If you use Google Workspace with a custom domain, it works too — any email that uses Gmail under the hood. For non-Gmail users, you can still share your Pay Link manually using the other methods in this guide.
