Using a Pay Link
What is an inbux Pay Link?
Your inbux Pay Link (inbux.me/yourname) is a personal page where someone can pay your chosen rate to send you a message. Share it where you receive unsolicited outreach—on LinkedIn, your website, or in an email signature. Paid messages appear in your inbux Messages area.
What does inbux cost?
Start with a 14-day free trial. After the trial, inbux is billed annually at the price shown during signup. Your chosen message price is what a sender pays you; it is not the cost of your inbux subscription.
Earnings and renewal credit
What happens when someone pays me?
Their message appears in your inbux Messages area, and the payment is recorded as your earnings. Earnings first count toward a future subscription renewal. If you earn more than that amount, inbux will show the payout options available for your account.
Will a paid message guarantee a relationship?
No. Payment gives you a paid message to review. You decide whether and how to respond.
Spam Management
Is Gmail required?
No. You can claim and share an inbux Pay Link without Gmail. Gmail or Google Workspace is required only for Spam Management.
What happens when I connect Gmail?
inbux looks at sender information for messages Gmail has already placed in Spam and displays those senders in your Spam Management dashboard. Connecting Gmail alone does not turn on automatic replies or create Gmail filters.
Will inbux touch my regular inbox?
No. Spam Management works with messages Gmail has already put in Spam. It does not scan or reply to messages in your regular Inbox.
How do automatic Pay Link replies work?
Automatic replies are off until you explicitly turn them on, and you can pause them later. With automation off, you can still choose individual eligible senders or queue a group for the next scheduled send.
What happens to Spam-folder senders?
You can keep them in Spam, allow them, or block future mail. When a sender pays from a Pay Link reply, inbux marks them Allowed and creates a Gmail filter so future messages from that sender bypass Spam.
For senders
Do I need an inbux account to send a paid message?
No. You can pay and send a message through a recipient’s Pay Link without creating an inbux account.
What happens after I pay?
Your message is recorded in the recipient’s inbux Messages area. If you reached the recipient through their Gmail Spam Management flow, inbux also marks you Allowed so future messages from that address can bypass Gmail Spam.
Does payment guarantee a reply or business outcome?
No. Payment gives the recipient a paid message to review; it does not guarantee that they will read, respond to, purchase, or accept an offer.
